This Refund Policy explains how deposits, withdrawals and in-game purchases are handled on My Master Teen Patti. By adding money to your wallet or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before you play.
Money you add to your My Master Teen Patti wallet is credited instantly in most cases and can be used to play any of our real-money games. Deposits are generally non-refundable once they are added, because the balance becomes available for play immediately. If a deposit is debited from your bank or UPI app but does not show in your wallet, contact us and we will investigate and resolve it.
You can withdraw your real cash winnings to the same UPI ID or bank account used to play. To request a withdrawal, open your wallet, choose Withdraw, enter the amount and confirm your UPI/bank details. Most withdrawals are processed within a few minutes, though they can take up to 24–48 hours during high volume or for first-time withdrawals that need verification.
For your security and to comply with applicable rules, we may ask you to complete a one-time KYC (identity) verification before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is successfully completed. Please make sure the details you provide match your bank/UPI account to avoid delays.
Virtual items, chips, bonuses and other in-game purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as winnings won through gameplay, subject to our withdrawal rules. Promotional or bonus credits may carry their own conditions and are not separately withdrawable.
If a payment fails, is deducted twice, or you believe an amount is incorrect, raise it with us within 7 days of the transaction. Share your registered details and the transaction reference so we can trace it quickly. Genuine failed transactions (money debited but wallet not credited) are refunded to the original payment method after verification.
